RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for store credit. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

REFUNDS

For damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund once returned to our China warehouse. Customer pays return shipping for refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are already processed.
