**Processing Time:** 1-3 business days

**Delivery Time:** 7-15 business days via TDPacket Electro Promo from our China warehouse to USA.

**Tracking:** You’ll get tracking via email once your order ships.

**Customs/Duties:** International orders may be subject to customs fees/taxes. These are not included in price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

**Lost/Damaged:** If your parcel doesn’t arrive after 15 business days, contact us. We’ll investigate with the courier and reship or refund.
